Why “request early access” instead of signing up?
We review every new workspace ourselves before it goes live. Create your account and workspace, and we'll email you as soon as it's approved, then help you set up your first campaign.
What's free, and what will cost money?
The free plan stays free: 1 brand, 1 live campaign at a time, up to 10 creators per campaign and 2 team members, with video review, gifting, messages, the content library and client shortlist links. Paid plans for more brands, campaigns and team members, plus client video approval, are coming later. You'll hear about prices at least 30 days before anything costs money, and creators are free forever.
You're new. Why should I trust you?
Fair question. You'll talk directly to the people who build ugeesy, and we fix problems fast because you're one of our first workspaces. Your videos are yours: download them any time, one by one or in bulk.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators join free, keep 100% of the fee you agree with them, and never pay a commission.
Can I bring my own creators?
Yes. Send them to the creator sign-up. Once their profile is done, you'll find them in the creator directory and can invite them to your campaigns, alongside creators already on ugeesy.
How do creator payments work?
Today you pay creators the way you already do (PayPal, bank transfer…) and mark each fee as paid in ugeesy, so everyone sees where things stand. Funding campaigns and paying creators directly through ugeesy is coming soon.
Who owns the content, and what rights do we get?
Creators own their videos. Each campaign states the usage rights (term, channels and whether whitelisting or Spark Ads are included), and they're recorded on each video when you approve it. The content library shows which rights are active or about to expire.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients review shortlisted creators and, if you turn it on, approve videos through a private link. Creators stay anonymous to them.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. ugeesy imports a brand's products from its public Shopify store, so creators pick the exact variant they want for gifting campaigns.
Where are the creators?
ugeesy is focused on US-based creators, 18 and over, for now.
